Notice of surrender of licence - Cim Global Reinsurance Company

NOTICE is hereby given to the public that the above named Company, having registered address at Cim Corporate Services Ltd, Edith Cavell Street, Port-Louis has surrendered its Professional Reinsurer and Category 1 Global Business Licence to the Financial Services Commission as it shall enter into a shareholders’ voluntary liquidation.
