NOTICE is hereby given to the public that the above named Company, whose purpose was to carry out external insurance business, having registered address at Cim Corporate Services Ltd, Edith Cavell Street, Port-Louis has surrendered its Category 1 Global Business Licence to the Financial Services Commission as it shall enter into a shareholders’ voluntary liquidation.
