Communique of CFSL - 13.07.2020

The Board of CIM Financial Services Ltd (‘Cim’) wishes to inform its  shareholders and the public that Mr. Colin Taylor will be stepping down as Chairman of the Board with effect from 13 July 2020.

The Board places on record its appreciation of the significant role played by Mr. Colin Taylor as Chairman since January 2017. Mr. Colin Taylor will continue to serve as non-executive director on the Board after 13 July 2020.

The Board has appointed Mrs. Aïsha Timol as the new Chairperson. She is presently the Chairperson of Cim Finance Ltd and was previously the CEO of The Mauritius Bankers Association. She has had a long career in the public service, in the private sector and in academia and had held directorship positions at the Budget Bureau and Economic Affairs Division of the Ministry of Finance and at the Ministry of Financial Services.
